Based near Christchurch, built for Canterbury and the South Island.

Based just outside Christchurch, with sites in Darfield and Oxford, Frews is set up for both bulk haulage and general truck cartage across all parts of the South Island.

Frews' modern trucks provide a fast and efficient cartage service within Christchurch City, Canterbury, and further afield, with the flexibility to suit a wide range of transport jobs.

Bulk Cartage Fleet

Five truck configurations, each tied to a practical use case.

Frews' wide-ranging fleet includes cartage vehicles of different sizes and configurations so the right truck can be matched to the job at hand.

4x2 Tipper

Up to 5 tonne payloads.

A straightforward option for smaller bulk cartage requirements where a compact but capable truck is the better fit.

6x4 Tipper

10 to 11 tonne payload.

Available with steel or alloy decks and suited to general cartage, with trailer combinations up to 29 tonnes.

8x4 Tipper

Up to 60m3 and 30 tonnes.

Configured as an alloy deck truck and trailer, ideal for bulk landscape supplies including all types of soils.

6x4 Articulated

Built for heavy material cartage.

Steel deck articulated trucks listed as suitable for gravel, concrete, and demolition cartage.

Hooker Bin Trucks

10 tonne capacity for waste and recycling.

Useful for large-quantity waste and recycling movements and a good example of how Frews' cartage and recovery services intersect rather than operating as separate silos.

Hire Structure

Available by the hour, by distance, or by contract.

Any of the trucks in the bulk cartage fleet are available for hire on an hourly rate, kilometre rate, or contract rate basis, giving customers a direct route from enquiry to quote.
